OFFICE HOURS: Please note our new office hours are Monday - Friday: 9:30am to 1:30pm. If you cannot make it in during that time frame please let us know and we can arrange for someone to pick up on your behalf. Unless we have arranged otherwise, please do not show up outside of office hours as no one will be available to assist you.
TICKETS: Most tickets are now distributed electronically. When we contact you after winning we will ask for the best email to transfer tickets to. If electronic tickets are not an option for you, please let us know and we will try to get hard copy tickets. Tickets to shows/concerts often take up to a few weeks to arrive to us, we know you are excited and anxious to claim your prize but please be patient as we wait for tickets to arrive from the promoters.
CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE: When you have been contacted to come claim your prize, you can come down to 1420 Broad Street to pick it up. Office doors will be locked, when you arrive please knock and let security know who you are and that you are here to pick up a prize, a member of the promotions team will be paged to assist you. Have a piece of photo ID ready for proof of identification.
