To celebrate Centraide of Greater Montreal’s 50th anniversary, the Orchestre Métropolitain and charismatic conductor Naomi Woo invite you to a lively summer concert. With transporting music and lively rhythms, audience members can dance their way around the world and through the centuries.
In one evening, you’ll be transported from the Viennese Court with a waltz by Strauss to a Romani wagon with Brahms’s Hungarian Dances and under the Spanish sun with Manuel De Falla. Then you’ll be taken to the streets of New York City with Bernstein and back to the Québécois countryside with a dance by Claude Champagne.
