After back-to-back sold-out years for the festival, this year’s festival will bring together over 10,000 mountain lovers for a weekend of skiing, snowboarding, hot tubbing and fun with friends at the music festival on April 5th & 6th, 2024.
The beloved mountain community, and visitors from all corners of the globe, will be able to see a number of world-class performers ranging from rock & pop to alternative dance music from artists who have played on some of the industry’s biggest stages in the world like Lollapalooza, Osheaga & Austin City Limits to name a few.
Headlining Saturday night is the German duo MILKY CHANCE, who have surely made their way into your head (and soon into your hearts) with their catchy hits such as Stolen Dance (which has amassed over 1.3 Billion streams alone) along with more upbeat tunes such as Hypnotize & Living in a Haze.
But wait, it gets better… playing support on Saturday is global sensation X-Ambassadors, an alt-pop-folk rock band equally gifted in providing deep, soulful sounds and party anthems to get you sweaty on the dance floor. They have collaborated with some of the biggest artists in the world (including Kygo, Eminem, Imagine Dragons, etc.); their household hits include Renegades, Unsteady, BOOM & Jungle.
Friday's headliner is UK-based electronic dance artist Elderbook who has recently been skyrocketing in popularity, largely due to his exuberant live performance showcased this past year at Coachella’s iconic Sahara stage. Armed with soothing live vocals and an arsenal of #1 dance hits, this is a show we’re confident you’ll be talking about for a while!
Another exciting addition to the Friday line-up is Vandelux, a multi-instrumentalist DJ (originally from Vancouver) who has recently exploded on the electronic music scene. Balancing retro nostalgia with contemporary electronic production - Vandelux brings another unique flavour to the party sure to complement the retro-themed crowds' enthusiasm.
Other artists include BC-born dance/pop artist JESSIA, who recently won the 2022 Juno for Breakthrough Artist of the Year and gained major popularity from her song I’m Not Pretty, (an empowerment anthem about loving your body and yourself even when you feel like garbage) & But I Don’t (sounds delightfully similar to the likes of stars Olivia Rodriguez / Billie Eilish).
Rounding out the line-up is popular dance artist and LA-based Evan Giia, Toronto’s beloved electro-indie pop trio Featurette, Vin Bogart (an exciting up-and-coming producer, singer, songwriter from Los Angeles who writes spiritually infused music geared towards mental well-being); and finally regional favourites JGirl, WesPlease, UrGirlMeems & DJ Invizible tasked with keeping the energy high, the vibes electric and the dance floor moving throughout the night.
Tickets go on sale to the public Dec 1st at 7am at www.altitunesmusicfest.com so you’ll have to be quick to snag passes this year!
